Refurbishment is design with constraints. What stays, what goes, what gets uncovered when you strip it back. The starting point here was a tired interior. The result is a considered, liveable space where the decisions are visible in the details.

On the approach
Every renovation is a negotiation with what already exists. Strip it back and you find out what you’re really working with. The brief here was a space that felt calm, made sense spatially, and would last — achieved through material choices, proportion and keeping the design honest.
