AI Ethics & Governance — Founder-led Venture
Sincere Intelligence
Trust Infrastructure for AI
The Problem
As AI-generated content floods corporate communications, marketing, and financial reporting, there is no standardised way to measure whether AI outputs are truthful, properly sourced, or free from manipulation. Organisations face reputational, regulatory, and legal risk with zero audit infrastructure — the equivalent of publishing financials before SOC 2 existed.
What We Built
A full institutional platform positioning AI ethics auditing as measurable infrastructure, not opinion. The site delivers three specialised audit tracks (Corporate Governance, Content & Claims, and AI Model & Agent), underpinned by a proprietary six-pillar Sincerity Scoring Model. It includes a lead-generation engine with a server-side-generated 20-point AI Audit Checklist PDF, real-time admin email notifications on every inbound lead, case studies demonstrating score improvements, SEO and social card optimisation, and Google AdSense integration — all on a production-grade Next.js/PostgreSQL stack.
The Impact
Launched a complete go-to-market platform from zero to production in a single build cycle — domain live, lead funnel active, admin notifications operational, SEO indexed. The framework establishes a first-mover credentialing model: "SOC 2 for AI content."

"If you can't score it, you can't audit it. If you can't audit it, you can't trust it."
— The thesis behind the Sincerity Scoring Model — reducing AI trust from a philosophical debate to a six-variable equation.
