You'll need a Pro account on our AI platform at $20/month. This gives you access to enterprise-grade AI infrastructure. Usage credits are billed separately based on your actual AI usage, typically $5-50/month depending on volume.
How does this compare to hiring a dev team?

That's actually the point. I have 25 years of teaching experience. The Lab is designed for domain experts, not developers. You bring the expertise; I handle the technical translation.
Who owns the final product?
You do. 100%. Everything is built in your own accounts. Code, data, customers—it all belongs to you. I'm a collaborator who helps you build, not a vendor who holds your business hostage.
What if the build doesn't work out?
The 50/50 payment structure protects both of us. If we can't ship something valuable, you only pay the initial 50%. That said, proper Niche Validation in Week 1 helps ensure we only proceed with viable concepts.
